search in web you will get your answers. read the announcement of sspidey in fans. mig33 team removed the controller post for tareq's misuse.

sspidey sir has written in migfans that- they have removed admin controller rank. and from today there will be no more admin controller or admin leader.

dreamboy69 has written in Bd forum that- tareq263 has resigned on request of mig team to minimize the problems created recently in mig.

i hope these will give you some clue.
