| yes . . . they do care but little bit late because i think everyday they have thousands of complains , requests and many other things . . . . on the other hand we all knows how many users of mig33 and they face and about experiance not bad i had alot and one of them is about multi-ids . . . even i did n't sent them snapz only sharp time and date the response was like that. contact@mig33.com this is the usual reply of mig33 sent to us if complaint against abuser or flooder in room but after that did we get any positive action on what we reported?? no...it will be buried in forgetfullness..it will only be done if we complain to mig33 admins and admin report it to mig33 it will be solved easily but the question is? does all admin care about our reports not all of them are willing to hear the users complaints..so better not to report just ignore what trouble we faced in mig33 otherwise you will just feel frustration.
