| i suggested to select admins in public before to make it fair.. now thinking something different.
why not all mig33 based forums helping mig33 team to search for good users. if mig33 team give forums to recommend and take 5 usernames as a candidate from every forum in every selection then i think we will get some good, talented users. i know almost in every forum there're many admins so admins can recommend anybody and every single users too can recommend in this process. forum management will send the usernames to mig33 team and team will check the users.
i think this process will not be biased. what do you all think? | |

the recommended persons must be regular in mig33rooms, i support it, even there are so many precious users who are active in room as well as in forums too!!
Now its just matter of mig33 team to think what they are going to do !!

| Yeah, it would be a brilliant idea, but thy gotta investigate about their HISTORY first
But why they dont pick them by themselves ? Why the mangment ? Cuz if that so, we better keep ourselves like before in candiated based on recommindation of the admins | |

| Hi friends,hope you all are fine.Now let me share my thoughts and ideas.
1.Most of the admins should be selected from forums.As a forum member or staff is much experienced than any of a normal mig33 chatter.
2. Forum members are very concern about their power.So i am sure they will never try to misuse their power if they get selected.
3. moderating room is not much more harder than moderating a forum.I think its similiar,so selecting admins from forum will be a good decision. | |

| Forums used to play an important role in admin selection earlier and it may play the same role in next selection but i dont think that every good user has access to forums so selection process should be centerd on that way which will bring the best to be the next | |
