| Customer Care Center....
Hi,
Some peoples everytime abusing and flooding in chat rooms. but, they don't using them main IDs....
They using their other unknown IDs for abusing and flooding. because, they have no any problem which kicked them IDs from admins. they have more fake IDs....
I have a suggestion for this problem....
Mig33 should make a Customer Care Center for only Admins....
Then admins can find the main IDs of that abusers or flooders.
quickly calling the customer care center and find all details of abusers or flooders. then admin can know the all details. then be minimum mistake kicks from admins.
all admins can online find the details. . . .
what are you think about that my suggestion?

| i don't think it would be helpful...as you know, almost all of us have at least 2 different ids. how admin can check 6 millions user in mig??? we are also registered our id by phone number. i'm not really sure if user wanna fill the form of their all id list  | |

| idea is bright bro. But there is some problem.. if the users chat from cybercafe where many users chat at a time from the same address. it will be tough to find out who the actual abuser.
One more thing is if they can open a customer care for 24hour then they can moderate mig33 rooms without any admin. Admin will be meaningless then. | |
