Results of mig33 team's ignorance to user complaints

Well i was chattin peacefully when a anonymous user knocked my private and asked me to come to fokak_mne and i chose to go in an unknown alias so that i don't attract any attention and to my suprise, Galhoum was having fun with users practising his kung fu. Some got kicked but by that time they were speaking Arabic and i didn't understand. So i chose to ask him why were the users getting kicked. Then my asking turned to "don't interfere with my job" well yeah I gave him some pointers that i'm not interfering just interested in reasons for the kicks seeing as i couldn't understand the language.

Anyways i didn't snap everything because i found it pointless to snap a language i don't understand, hopefully those who were present and also understand Arabic will come up with the other snaps.

After we spoke for sometime, the unfairly kicked user was sulkin and complaining about the unfair kick and asking reason.



the galhoum replied and then the user went on saying:

he's the only one allowed to tease users. Once users do or question him thats wat happens.

Well i couldn't help but laugh at it first, then we got to a slight discussion about the kick, as we were, the unfairly kicked user re-entered again



and upon his entrance, without having said anything in the room nor commit any offense:

lol, how pathetic. Its sad that now mig33 is ignorant and lets admins kick users that easily. Anyways i chose to enter with my main username seeing as it was already online. This time I also invited Cahme to watch invisible





well due to the # shortcut on this new version it shows active chats when you press the shortcuts for snapshots too so it impeded the text on the room. But he's reply is clearly visible, i just wonder wat rules i broke to get me kicked seeing as he's implying i misbehaved hence the kick.

i got silenced. What a friendly and happy environment mig33 and its admins are giving us. They are superiors and their irrational decisions must not be questioned or you pay the price

Anyways i re-entered again and the massacre was still in progress:

Anyways i got busy at work and left after that and couldn't see what happened next. But i'm sure we will soon because i wasn't the only one in the room.

It is kind of sad that after all the time and effort we put and give for mig33, this is the thank you we get in return. When they need something from users, we respond in an instant, just like the testing of the next version, when they ask us for ideas etc.

But now that users file complaints to them, about inappropriate behaviour of their own creation, they move at a snail pace and wait for things to climax and also to have casualties.

Last time with Maga too, it was like this. Evidently they put their admins first than the welfare and well being of users. One other disappointing thing is that whenever mig33 gets up to do something, its always, and i mean always, one person amongst them who shows an initiative. Thats why last time i said they seem to be consisting of only one employee, others seem to be just there to pocket the monthly income and supply us with undeserving admins, if not that, they dictate how we use credit.

Its really disappointing...

Enough is Enough ! ! ! ! time has come to take some right decisions by mig team

which admin does not know how to control rooms,how to hold nerves,how to treat with normal users,who only knows kick is the only option to stay into the room,he does not deserve to be an admin.
cause users are the heart of mig33. if there is no user then there is no need of admins,no need of rooms.

not only once,not twice,not thrice but many many complaints against him and still he did not change his behavior.

I can smell something is going to be cooked this time very soon.

this is what pc mam replied today in a topic where some users complained against galhoum aka omda the old kicker and slanger of egypt. But i don't think he do care this quote. he know very well that there are so many to save him and staffs will not put their attention to his misuse because they are too busy to upload wallpapers and emoticons to sale. that's why he kicked top bro today and is kicking users of that country without any reason. this is the result of not listening to users when they all are requesting to save them from a abuser who have got admin power. i don't know why mig33 team take so much time to investigate when we normal users can see the misuse of power easily and why letting him kick the users when he is under investigation. why not they are taking his power off!
so many admins demoted but still misuse not stopped. we are getting undeserved admins one after another. i think crazygrape will be disappointed watching his admin system going down day by day.
i remember some guys telling that there will be no more admin system in mig33 after some days. if we get admin like galhoum and it take a year to take action against this type of admin then i will be very happy to see the removal of admin system. we don't need admins like that. we don't want to see abusers in moderator position. we don't want to be kicked without any reason.

Ironic thing is how quick the action was, when it was fanta fofo, freakitude, crime patrol, gallocomps etc...and their cases were based on irregularity and "claims", so really its obvious that mig33 team doesn't mind when users get abused by admins like that

kafatid it's really hard to predict the real face of an individual, it can be seen at first.

anyhow, we have that so called "probationary" period for the new room admins.

I have heard that Galhoum has been demoted today.

Its not confirmed by any mig staff yet.

If it is true then i hope very soon we will get a topic in news and update section about his demotion.

Yes, galhoum is no longer an admin.

All new admins were on probation for a certain amount of time and galhoum & cranky1 have been unsuccessful to continue as chat room admin.

and as trojan said we want to know if an admin misuses his/her power and gets demotion then, is there any way of getting a fresh chat log without kick record who were kicked without reason?
